Free Plan

If you use Instagit on a free plan, Instalabs may retain, anonymize, aggregate, and use data derived from your queries and interactions to train, improve, and develop our AI models and service intelligence. Anonymized and aggregated data may also be published on the Instagit website, in research, marketing materials, and through other means at Instalabs' discretion. Free-plan data may contribute to model improvements that benefit all users of the Service.

Paid Plans (PRO and MAX)

If you subscribe to a paid plan (PRO or MAX), we commit to zero data training. Your data is processed solely to deliver the Service to you and is not retained for AI model training, improvement, or publication purposes.

Opting Out

To opt out of data training, upgrade to a paid plan. The zero data training commitment applies going forward from the date of your upgrade. Please note that previously anonymized and aggregated data that has already been incorporated into our models or published materials cannot be individually extracted or removed.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: third-party vendors who assist in operating our service (hosting, analytics, email). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. AI-Generated Content

Instagit's outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and automated systems. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
